I really wanted to get a second Mr. Wolf doll finished this week. The first one sold before I had finished stuffing him! So Mr. Wolf is now in my Etsy shop, but if anyone wants him they have to act quick as I have to close my shop Saturday evening as I am going on holiday 😀
Here are a couple more detailed photos of Mr. Wolf
I will be gone for just over 2 weeks, visiting my family back in the UK and my boyfriends family so won’t be around to blog much during my holiday.
Before I go I have 1 more felt food tutorial to share with you (on Monday), and when I get back I will be revealing my latest addition to my fairytale doll collection!
Well I am afraid Eliza has already been sold and is on her way to a new home in the UK, but not to worry because Amber came to join all my little friends still awaiting a new home in my Etsy shop.
Amber arrived here just in time because she loves going to the sea side and now is the perfect weather for it. Building sand castles and eating ice creams… lovely!
My shop has been a little empty of my dolls since I had two wholesale orders for them. But over the weekend I managed to squeeze a couple into my schedule of sewing and here are two latest editions to my shop.
I do love the challenge of creating different dolls every time, it is so fun being creative, mixing and matching fabric and doll styles to make a unique little person! And it is great fun deciding what sort of person they are and writing their little bio for the Etsy listing and their name tags.
Today was the summer party for the Dutch language course I am doing.
Everyone brought food from their own country to share, and we had music and dancing (not that I danced!)
Here is a photo of the food spread (more food arrived later too!)
I made mini pizza’s, cheese & fruit sticks, flat jack, and cucumber finger sandwiches (no crusts of course!). It was a fun afternoon and also nice to take a break from sewing to do some cooking. 🙂
Thank you to everyone who entered into my giveaway for a fabric and felt letter! So nice all the warm comments and I look forward to my next blog birthday!
So without further adew…. the winner is…..
Congratulation ….. I have sent you an email.
For those who did not win, there is still a 15% discount in my etsy shop! Simply use coupon code “BIRTHDAY” at checkout. Coupon is valid until end of the week (Friday 15th)
Here is my finished Toastie Studio banner, and also now listed in my Etsy shop are the fabric letters.
